Greetings from the southern part of the restless dark continent.
Yes, even here are several serious collectors.

Hi, new to the board. I have a couple of M1 Carbines: one quality hardware, one M1A1. Not real sure how "original" the M1A1 is. I'd like to post some pics and get your comments?
Thanks!

Hi, My Name Is . . . .
Hi, new to the board. Most of my operational experience has been with 'black' rifles and pistols. About one year ago I got into MILSURP, since then I have added several rifles and pistols. Now the reloading press runs a lot with the good old stuff. New to reloading too, got into that when I started collecting. My present and past employer's did not and do not allow reloaded ammunition in their 'tools.' Just rescued a Bubba'd Remington 1903A3 all matching but with horribly disfigured furniture, will post pics and start thread soon.
Nice to meet you all.

New Guy checking In.
Hi,
Looks like a great forum with lots of international members and a great place to learn. My C&R bound book is only about 5 1/2 years old and has 38 entries. I want to shift focus from accumulation to quality. This looks like the place to learn. My preference is for arsenal rebuilt examples rather than factory originals . I just do not have the resources to give original artifacts the storage and care they deserve.
Glad to be here.

I have an very accurate Schmidt Rubin K31.
I'm also reloading this rifle.
It's an nice site with a lot of information about the K31.
