A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Hi folks, I'm new here. Have several milsurps and hope to be a high volume shooter with them using cast bullets. Already have lots of cast for M1icon carbine and want to get rolling on a .303 Longbranch. Hope to find a few small parts for a '41 Johnson too.

    Hello everyone,
I've been collecting firearms for many years, but lately have found the Ross rifle to be very interesting ...especially the 280 Ross .
Will be asking a lot of questions about the 280 Ross .

    Consumed by Milsurps.

I got started in collecting since I was 12. The things I enjoy a lot with them is meating other collectors and muledeer hunting with them. I realy like it when I go to the range where some one is tring to sight in there just-bought scoped toy and out shoting them @ 100yrds with a 100+ year rifle with V notched sigths. I DO NOT like to see them sporter chopped, (in the 50's it may have been a good idea). If I had my way, it would be an assault charge. Ok take care.
