i have a 3 page list of customers looking for new barrels.
1o years ago they ran 50.00 to 75.00.
good luck finding one under 150.00 thats in good shape.
the CMPicon sold a bunch of salute rifles that were shot with blanks, that ruined the barrels,
now a guy cant find a barrel.
so i buy semi sporterized 17,s with good barrels at the shows, for 175.00 or so, yank the barrels off, and then i have a barrel.
in the last 3 weeks, i changed barrels on some 15 M1917,s. more then i did in a year, last year.
