A lot of Long Lee's here...

Just downloaded and watched "Breaker Morant." It is a great film and the producers used the correct fifles for the period.

For those who do not know the story,
During the Boer War, three Australianicon lieutenants are on trial for shooting Boer prisoners. Though they acted under orders, they are being used as scapegoats by the General Staff, who hopes to distance themselves from the irregular practices of the war. The trial does not progress as smoothly as expected by the General Staff, as the defence puts up a strong fight in the courtroom
A very good movie and well worth the time to watch it. i never fliped through any scenes!!

I saw Breaker Morant when it came out, and thought it was excellent. I will be watching it again in the next few weeks. Very good acting, and they got the equipment right - who could ask for more?
