    Humper from Minnesota...

...anybody have any info on a carbine parts humper from Minnesota? I have been seeing a particular dealer at the shows, always has a ton of stocks with fresh sharp looking cartouches. Funny thing is, they are stamped(ordnance wheel) for the makers mark in the sling well. Stocks look like Korean ones that were cleaned up. He also always has a couple of factory fresh carbines for sale. Any info would be appreciated(i.e. is he well known, any other parts to stay away from). Anybody else noticed him?

When someone has an unlimited supply of "original" carbine parts of just about anything you could want, that should be a strong clue to steer far away. These guys are well known for their trade.
