    Win model 62A w/ Weaver scope 330

Curious about this rifle i just got from dad.

Its a nice 62A with an old scope that says weaver model 330
would like to know more about the rifle and its value.

an average 60% finish clean tight rifle would be worth about 400 bucks or a bit more. I suspect that scope on the rifle is drilled and tapped into the receiver. if so, ZERO collector value and reduce overall value by 40-50%.

    more information on 62A

    Winchester 62a models

Model 75s are worth 400-1000 bucks depending upon condition, sights etc. Target rifles NEVER have the collector/shooter demand as the basic rifles so they tend to gather dust as owners expect more than they are worth when they want to sell.

    here are some for sale:

frankly, I don't like them much, and prefer the finest .22 caliber pump rifle ever made, the Model 61.

good point, I missed, the scope may be worth 100-250 itself for someone wanting to create a fake 03A4
