    Hornaday TAP Laquer Coated 223

    Is this stuff okay to shoot as practice ammo in a Bushmaster DCM? I know you should practice with what you'll use in competition... I was wondering if it would harm the rifle, not overly concerned about the accuracy issue.

    Don't believe the finish is laquer. If'n I remember correctly, the cases are blackened metal, not paint. However, my ammo isn't where I am, so I can't check immediately. It works fine, regardless!
