Type II barrel band?

Hello , I was never a collector , just a user but now I have received a Winchester carbine from CMP annd the barrel band seems to be a type 2 but I will ask if anyone can tell me for sure , have a photobucket link

the band together. Winchester has a unique pattern of the spot welds vs screw location that is pretty easy to spot. It looks like a genuine type 2 and if is from CMP it is probably not an altered T3.
