    Russian PU Scope

Hi, I was wondering where a good place would be to buy a Russianicon PU scope or any kind of Russian scope for a M/91-30 sniper rifle.

Do a search on eBay, "nagant sniper" or some such. You will find them, prices seem pretty consistant. Be aware that these scopes and mounts are usually not WW2 originals, but the sellers aren't claiming that they are. there are also sellers offering bolt bodies converted to sniper configuration.

Kalinka optics makes a good repro of the WWII one if you want to go that route. I cant attest to its quality personally but I just bought a PO scope from them (the PU and PO are made at the same factory) and the glass is excellent and the reticle very crisp.

Well, I've tried on ebay but I'll have to keep looking.
    Thanks

Remember, it's easier to import a scope from Russiaicon or the Ukraine or whereever that it is to bring one up from the states, who have all kinds of export bliz-blaz to go through...
