-GRI Marked manufactured in India (Ishapore Rifle Factory, Brit India)
-All matching (except mag)
-Buttstock marked SA (going to fight Rommel just didn't make it on time? )
-Bore is NEAR UNFIRED minty
-Vickers Sword Style bayonet (protective coating nice condition!) with scabbard and leather frog.
-I have never fired it, I couldn't bring myself to fire such a nice piece.

-30 Rounds .303 brit if you can pick up in Ottawa free.

The rifle is in great shape and the bayonet is rare asking 500$

Did RFI always use the foreend screw? If not, when did it start?

The foresnd screw was a post-war addition (Except for grenade launching rifles). Many of the 1945 and earlier rifles had it retro-fitted at a later date.
