1-44 SA GAW revisited

The similarities to a "Guam Garand" are old black paint, date of manufacture not too far off from the known Duff sold examples..any opinion on its history? It looks like a battle used rifle, even had an oiler, and early M3 tool in the trap..

Looks right as rain to me. Great battle rifle and a super collectible.
