OT-TULSA Wanenmacher Gun Show

Never been but have heard great things about it. I note that it is held twice a year and was wondering if one show is bigger than other or if both sessions are equally as good? THANKS

I really can't tell any difference in the spring or fall show. The building is almost 11 acres in size, and by noon on Saturday you can hardly walk for the crowds. A lot of good stuff there, but also a lot of people looking.

Agree with Johnny Peepers in that there is little difference between the Spring and Fall Wannenmacher shows. The crowds are usually huge,there is a lot to see and you better have good shoes- and feet- 'cause there's a lot of walking to do. You'll see things that you rarely see at smaller shows. Prices seem to be a bit higher (except at my table) but the variety of "stuff" is immense. Its worth your time and the effort to attend at least once,IMHO.

With the Fall show being in November, I suspect some will be hunting and will not travel in for the show. However, it is a huge show; a few less hunters won't kill the show for collectors. Hard to say which show might be bigger.
