You would be in $200 for a new stock set and bayo lug and would end up with a $650-$700 rifle. back up the math from there. Whoops, add $20 for a butt plate and $10, for screws.

$350-400. I noticed he said he would take an RIA pistol and those can be had in the $350-375 range.
