    Heads Up..... Ebay seller

Happened to notice a few items from a Ebay seller.
This first one caught my eye after first looking at the milling (or lack of) marks.
Looks to have been sand blasted, then refinished.
But the first one I've seen marked ROCK OLA vs ROCK-OLA
Also the A appears to be different than examples I have here.
Possibly the K also, hard to tell with their poor photos.

M1 Carbine Recoil Plate Marked Rockola on top.NICE!!! - eBay (item 130494230195 end time Mar-12-11 12:27:13 PST)

Funny, his auctions have the standard Humper disclaimer... "I am not too familiar with these parts" and only say "marked ..." not claimed original.

I noticed that the Rock-Ola recoil plate had part of the letters worn off trying to make it look old and worn.

    Buyer Beware, I guess

IP safety for sale looks a bit different than the one I purchased from Eddy Juja last year.

Also, posting pictures of some IQ oilers from a package that was sealed when I got it.
There were six in there, the other one is hanging out with my QHMC carbine.

There is another seller also from PA who uses an almost identical disclaimer. Probably the same guy. Buyer Beware!

I'm always leery of sellers who claim to know little about what they are selling, and especially those that offer no returns, as this one does.

    Yep--I'm leery of:
1: Aw, shucks, I really don't know anything about this stuff, but I do seem to have a lot of it, and can somehow explain it enough to make it sound "right" but carefully never actually call it "original."
    2: Poor quality digital photos.
3: You bought it, you own it, no return policy.
4: The long-winded rants about shipping/returns/etc that are longer than the description of the item(s).

    Buyer beware.

    NEW vs REPRO ?

    Different seller, seems honest enough.........
But what is the difference between NEW or REPRO?
Check out this price tag so far......
