    Mystery sight??

I recently won this sight on ebay for short money. Now, can anyone identify it? It was identified as a "Wilkes" or "Wilkes pattern" sight. It does closely resemble a Wilkes sight. The only lettering that I can find on it is the word "PRECISION". It needs a good cleaning, but appears to work quite well.

    Thanks

The last [and only] one of these I saw was mounted on a Mossberg Target .22... one of those god awful ugly heavy rifles we shot in ROTC in the 60's. It is obviously missing the screw in aperture. These sigths were also made for target shooting the No.4 Lee-Enfields. HTH Jerry

This sight looks much like a Swenson I had in the 80's. I think it was a version of a Parker Hale??????
