    Question HRB Co.

Chasing info on an enfield 1877 IC1(crossedout 2) R/H side
HRB Co 1899 ME 303 AC II over I L/H side
S/N B4945 31A Butt marks HBC IP in circle

Yeah, I know, post pictures. UNABLE TO, sorry.
Only research material I have is Temple and Skennertons TREATISE on the BRITISH MILITARY MARTINI and this only gives a paragraph on this maker.

    The other two large receiver Martini's I have are a full blooded carbine, IC1 1884 s/n 387, and a 1872 II Rifle converted in 1899 to ME 303 II over I, S/N 10043? 7572

Since you had the books right in front of you and looked it up your self you probably learned a lot more than if one of us just type Henry rifle barrel.

Besides I have been off to college and internet play time is limited.

Yeah, big problem is that this book is very difficult to understand, have since picked up a couple of other reference volumes and am wading through them.
But this forum often brings to light things that are often overlooked.

All forums are helpful, this one is a bit less martini active than others. The Treatise is the best most detailed book on the Martini you will find.
