Do you think that is the original barrel ?

The barrel has probably been replaced. What makes you think this is a RIA stock? Is there an RI stamp on the foretip? The other markings on the stock are Springfield.
The correct barrel would be in the 1-18 range.

Yes it's marked. It is possible that the barrel is original, though not probable, but sometimes you just don't know for sure, and that's why I didn't say it was.

The barrel is 8 months "off" - it is probably a replacement. Thanks for the picture of the foretip - definitely an RIA stock, maybe one of those sent over from RIA as "spare parts".

I agree with the 8 months off idea. They were pumping them out in WWI and certainly had it the barrel replaced at some point.

The single "B" on the wrist is probably the original inspector mark for the RI stock. The "SA SPG" and the two proof "P's" are indicative of re-building.
