I saw the first pictures as the "How it stands now" ones (long day!) and was about to launch a tirade of abuse. I then scrolled down and saw what an amazing job you've done, congratulations!

Sorry no range report with the new forearm yet. Two trips with the other forearm were lets just say a bit disappointing. 5 shot groups averaged around 2" vertically and about 6 " horizontally. I spent a lot more time fitting this forearm so I'm hoping that does it. That is assuming it wasn't all me which it could well be lol.

I think you went the wrong way with it! That pistol grip rocks!!!! That cheek riser is the coolest thing going! All you needed was to cut the barrel down to 14in., add 5 or 6 rails and paint it in some Desert camo!
Seriously though great job bringing her back from…… well whatever the heck that was!

I couldn't see the foresight block and bayonet lugs on the original barrel. Were they still present or did you re-barrel it?

The barreled action is the same as the original pictures. I just replaced everything else.
You can't see the bayonet lugs because of the crappy pictures.
