Help Me Find this, Please

I remember a pdf of an old Field Manual that had sight settings (Holds) for long range fire with the 1911A1. It displayed where the rear site should be in relation to the front with a 6 O'Clock hold at ranges out to two or three hundred yards. Anyone remember seeing this? I may have seen it on this forum. I would like to find it. I should have saved it back when.
