A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. There is a nearly identical UMC up for auction on Gunbroker right now, including the AA rebuild markings, that you may want to keep an eye on for valuation purposes.

Can't tell much from the pictures, but I believe there is enough to confirm that the pistol has been through rebuild. The slide has probably been matched up to the receiver as no effort was made to keep the parts together through rebuild. Hope you didn't put a lot in it.

I would say this is a 1500 rebuild.
