    1924 Colt M1911A1 "Transition"

    Here is one of the later pistols in the first shipment of (1000) 1924 Transitions. It has a beautifully struck non-circled WTG Ordnance final inspection mark. The dark spots on the grip screws are just a reflection of my camera and tripod.
