nothing I do will let me upload to this forum
I'm fairly sure it is a FN m1950 308, the question is why does it not have a crest on it?
It was imported by Century arms international and is all numbers matching.

Here's what I know if it is a short carbine length, M1950 FN Carbine Dutch East Indies Politie marked carbine. Also made for other countries some chambered in .30-06 anf mostly started life in other calibers such as 8mm and 7mm Mauser.

---------- Post added at 07:05 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:01 AM ----------

No crest was common on Dutch and Morrocan carbines. If yours is modded to .30 cal a .30-06 will have the notch cut for the longer 7.62x63mm round. One last pic.
