    Birmingham International

Dropped in via traveling home, good to have a crack with a few forum members (even one who likes them M1903,s who hangs out with DRP), also nice to put a face to a name (Forum member Buccaneer ) good to see you gents, no doubt you were there trying to get the shillings out of the passers by ?,
I guess I must slow down business with me stopping by, I,m sure I can hear in the background from the other dealers " S**t its a Scouser quick hide the decent stuff"

Had a good morning and hope all went well to those tied to the table, I walked out with a nice bayonet (soon be in the Edged Weapons Forum) and a few books...... I did pay for them

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. Manufacturer of various vintage rifle scopes for the 1903 such as our M73G4 (reproduction of the Weaver 330C) and Malcolm 8X Gen II (Unertl reproduction). Several of our scopes are used in the CMP Vintage Sniper competition on top of 1903 rifles. Brian Dick ... That's unkind. I have far more faith in Scousers than that. I'd have hidden everything!!!!

It was nice to see you Geoff..................even if I did have to do a quick stock take after you'd gone!
I was stuck on the stall pretty much most of the day but did manage a quick wander round. There was very little there to interest me this time, although it was nice to see you, Valley Sniper, Buccaneer, Nigel et al.

Didn't go last time as I was working, but I do enjoy having a nosey around, although there isn't generally enormous amounts for the discerning shooter, as most of the stallholders are flogging guns with bits of metal welded up the bore.

Yes, Prinz, but not on the best stall of all though!!! (Thought you have been conspicuous by your absence recently!).

Haha - naturally there is an oasis in the desert though - and Roger always draws a crowd - especially when he accidentally shows some sniper piece of kit. I seem to recall an occasion when a couple of scope tins caused a minor stampede.

Hi Guys, it was good to see you all. I am new to the show and was not sure how I would do as all of my stuff is "live" section 1 and section 58(2) but to date it has not been to bad at all. I now have a permenant table in hall three and as yet I am still feeling my way as to what to take, if there are any "requests" please let me know and will do my best to have it on the stand, as bigduke says it is nice to put a face to a name...
