At least it's safe even though it's butchered. The firing pin doesn't protrude enough to hit the primer if I read #6 correctly!

|But it AIN'T safe Brian......... You cannot apply the safety until you withdraw the cocking piece slightly. That immediately categorizes it as X-UF or a Unit repair (the X) and unfit to fire (the UF).

IIRC the DCRA minimum trigger pull for the SR(b) was three pounds.

Sorry Peter. My comment was a bit "tongue in cheek", not MoD spec. The safety is pretty much irrelevant if the the firing pin has no protrusion when decocked.
