    BSA 1916 Sht 22 IV

    Guys

I am hoping you can give me some background info on what I have here (and how much it's worth). Sitting in the back of my gun safe for years I have a Lee Enfield type rifle marked BSA 1916 Sht 22 IV.

Other salient marking include FTR 1954 and a 22 marked magazine.

I've included a few pics and have a lot more if anyone is interested.

    Thanks for the help.

It is actually a London Small Arms, not BSA rifle.

It's certainly been around a bit. From 1916 LSA to 1954 BSA FTR to Enfield Sht. .22 Mk IV. Nice rifle.

I guess you will find out the true value this Sunday when your auction ends.
