After doing alot of research on thefalfiles.com i have come to the conclusion that saf Lithgowicon made the best us made L1A1 barrels. I just ordered a brand new one from ernst armory if anybody is still looking. They are also available from rpospecialties page.

I dont believe there ever was any particular scope made for match L1A1 rifle but then again i could be wrong. I looked in Ian Skennertonicon's handbook as well as a few other books on the FAL and only saw the SUIT and a few one-off scope mounts issued in limited numbers.
