receivers with the extra wide rib

There is a small group of collectors who are always looking for information on receivers with the extra wide rib on the left side. To date, these receivers have been located between the late 30,xxx to the early 40,xxx serial number range. Any additional information would be appreciated

I have 39666 with the seventh round repair.

Does your receiver have the extra wide rib like in the photo ?

For the sake of the new audience, here's my wide rib, 41697, that also happens to have the 7th round modification.
