A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Mags...the right one looks like a P38, the other's hard to tell, Beretta 92? Does it have the locking notch in the lower right? It may be for the earlier version with the mag release in the heel of the grip. It would make sense because of where you are. I think the bore mirror is for the Vickers MG.
    Regards, Jim

    Thank you, browningautorifleicon.

Correct, the mag on the left has the locking notch in the lower right but we already checked, it is similar to Beretta but it is not original Beretta. It could be a mag for a Beretta 92 clone made maybe in RSA or in Turkeyicon.
