    Lee Enfield Experts In Canada?

Does anyone know any experts/gunsmiths in Canadaicon that specialize in Lee Enfields? As these rifles are rather delicate and complicated, I want to make sure that the gunsmith knows what they are doing with the Enfield if I ever need a check up. So far I know of Jay Currah but that is really about it. I visited RJW's website and found SC Gunworks but I was wondering if there are any more?

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. enfield expert

that's a bit like asking the kids what they want for dinner and they say I don't want hot dogs and I don't want noodles and I don't want.......

Trick is to say what you do want, not what you don't. so perhaps you have someone in mind?????

What exactly do you WANT to do with your rifle...... and then what do you NEED to do with the rifle and then, what MUST you do? Not all the same thing of course. MOST of those things you can do yourself with a bit of care and following the instructions given on this very forum. If you don't tell us, then the answer is going to be difficult.

Like asking who is the best person to fix your car. No good taking it to a body shop if it's running on 3 cylinders I'd say

Growing oranges in the UKicon now are they? So there is an upside to global warming.

When they start growing grapes north of the Humber as in the Medieval Warm Period we'll know things are really underway...

If you have a "delicate and complicated" Lee Enfield please post some photos as this would be a thing worth seeing!

“There are invisible rulers who control the destinies of millions. It is not generally realized to what extent the words and actions of our most influential public men are dictated by shrewd persons operating behind the scenes.”

    Edward Bernays, 1928

Much changes, much remains the same.
