    1908/1903 Stock Repair

Hi all, some of you may know of my work on the M1icon Carbine and other pages. I get all kinds of stocks that need repairs, both military & commercial. This one recently came into the shop. Step one was to clean it up and evaluate what needs to be done. Work on it's repairs are now in the process. More pictures to follow.

    Best Regards.....Frank

The early Rock Island stock without stock bolts is quite rare and worth the extra effort to repair

I sure agree with that...and as the owner of that stock I am thrilled that Frank is doing the work... I really like that rifle and it is important to me that it remains as true and honest as possible.

Here are some pictures of the repairs on this early Rock Island stock. I have more work to do but thought some members might want to see the progress so far.

    Best Regards.....Frank
