This is why I love me M85

Here's some pics of my M85 , only mod has been slightly shorten barrel so it can be threaded for a suppressor , other than that it has not been touched .

Here's pics of it yesterday , just confirming the zero , aim point is bottom LH corner of the black square .

    Very nice Chris.

Oh and if you don't want the factory iron sights I know someone who would be very interested in them.

Sorry , all the Parker Hale bits I have aquired are staying with me , as they are like hens teeth , but the front sight block is basically just the front iron off the GPMG made by the Brits , which is just there version of the FN MAG58 machinegun .

Chris, Nice pictures. Used the same wood knurling on my Enforcer which was my issue rifle in days gone by, brilliant on wet days for a tighter grip!! Just can't remember who the manufacturer was, as they did lots of wood for various weapons, but the dimples in their finishing was such a breath of fresh air in the 70's, where everything wood had to be regulation smooth and shiny.

    Hello new mobile wallpapers.
What a beautiful couple of firesticks! Take good care of them and post reactions when you tell people you use Tulammo in them.

    Yes ,

The rear sight is a PH design & manufacture as far as I can tell , its nite , so i take a pic during the day to show you what it looks like etc , I would not worry about it to be honest , as you will shoot your M85 virtually 100% with a sniper scope of some sort , and as the rear sight is basically hidden by the scope ans mounts , you will not know you donot have a rear iron sight in place unless you dismount the scope if that makes sense , I will post pics tomorrow of the rear iron sight .

    Later Chris

    Chris,
Absolutely correct made in house at PH, something they excelled at in all variations.
