Flaming/bursting bomb mark
Hello all, I was wondering if anyone has or knows where to find a chart that lists styles of the flaming bomb marking used on U.S. military weapons, and the dates used.
I tried google and while I can find lists for foreign rifles, I cannot find anything on this marking or any American marks for that matter aside from inspectors marks. Thanks.

The Flaming Bomb stamp indicates a contractor manufactured item on M1 Rifle barrels. Example Buffalo Arms manufactured M1 rifle barrels have the flaming bomb stamp as do some Winchester M1 barrels. The Flaming Bomb stamp is often followed by inspectors stamps such as FJK. Springfield manufactured parts do not have the flaming bomb stamp
