My one (208) has scope No 275

The London Armoury on the Commercial Rd had quite a few at the time and he was selling them with or without scopes, and if you didnt want the scope he just took it off , probably another reason why the scopes are now mixed up.

I remember going in the London Armoury years ago to black my nose, long before I was a licience holder, must have been the late 80's cos I'd just left school and it was on the way to work. last time I went past the old place they finaly seem to be doing something with the derelict building, it'll be flats I guess.
Out of interest, is your Enforcer a Kent gun Simon.

I'd be very intersted in Simon's information re this rifle.

According to the information I have, this rifle was scrapped during manufacture at Enfield by J Killern (Foreman Assembly Shop) on 14/3/1983
Mine are not the best, but they are not too bad. I can think of lots of Enfields I'd rather have but instead of constantly striving for more, sometimes it's good to be satisfied with what one has...

I've got the same info on 613, but then I think you've got a copy of the Enforcer records I have anyway?

    Cheers,

    Simon.

Simon-I'm buying Enforer 665. the scope is an original Pecar Enforcer scope, numbered to another rifle. Any idea what happened to scope 665?

Sorry, can't help you with that one. Try putting a general enquiry about it on the main forum.

    Cheers,

    Simon.
