    Brass Catcher

Awhile ago I posted about having a snap on plastic brass catcher for my carbine, and several forum members asked for more info on it. I finally dug it out of storage and found out who made it. Here is the web site:

    E&L Manufacturing e.Store - Brass Catchers

I can usually fire two 30 round mags before I have to empty it.

It snaps on and off easily, and I've never had any problems with it. I only use it when I go to public ranges, which I haven't gone to in years, which is why it was stored away.

    Just a F.Y.I.
I have nothing to do with this product other than using it, or web site.

    Hi

I just purchased an M1icon, so I'm a serious newbie on this. I looked at the E and L website, and it appears that the brass catcher is in between the front and rear sights. Is the brass catcher just for "spray and pray" or am I looking at the picture wrong?

    Thanks

1961MJS, I've never tried the catcher for the Carbine, but the other E&Ls I have (M1Aicon, Mini-14) allow use of the sights. HTH
