    Question M1A/ M14 Flash hider/ supressor question & help, please.

    I am trying to sell for a friend, what I was told, is a flash hider/ supressor for the M1Aicon/ M14. Several people has suggested to me that it is for a Ruger mini 14, but I can't find anything like this for a mini 14. I'm trying to confirm that this is, or is not for the M1A/ M14.....can anyone provide any assistance? .....

    I don't know how to post pictures on this site and have provided the following link to Gunbroker;

    I'll just bet somebody here will know.......THANKS!

    What ever it is, it is NOT a M14 flash suppressor. As you can see in the picture on GB the suppressor uses a pin to mount it on the barrel. A M14 suppressor uses splines and a castle nut to secure it to the barrel.

    This is a M14 suppressor.
