A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. Manufacturer of various vintage rifle scopes for the 1903 such as our M73G4 (reproduction of the Weaver 330C) and Malcolm 8X Gen II (Unertl reproduction). mailed my paperwork UPS ground last Friday. I was able to get one back in round 2 a couple years ago. Since they are allowing a second, I couldn't refuse.

Received my Service Grade during Round 2 also. I'm sending my Round 4 packet tomorrow, 5 September. Four grades choice coming up soon, I hope.

Round 4 Extended. CMP1911Admin: Due to technical issues with our system, we have discovered that some emails announcing Round 4 and website postings, did not go out as they should have. Therefore in order to allow everyone that would like to submit a 1911 order packet, we have extended the deadline by 30 days, Order packets must be postmarked by 31 OCT. 2023.

Got a call from CMPicon on wed. My number came up. They have all 3 grades in stock. I just picked up my service grade today., not yet 2 months since sending my packet in.
Weirdly, the confirmation email said in red all caps "tracking numbers not provided to customers". I emailed back and kindly asked why...turns out they have had some people able to get a hold and pickup at a Fedex facility and bypassing their FFL. The correct solution would be to take the customer's name off the address label. I was not able to check the packaging when I picked mine up as they already discarded the box.

Suppose I need to do a thread with some pics...it's minty! bone dry. though, with no finish wear on any internal surfaces means immediately shelved after last arsenal refurb.
