    Test run by a foreign hostile government?

    There is currently a nationwide AT&T cellphone outage across America as reported on Fox News:
    Cellphone outage hits AT Verizon and T-Mobile users also affected | Fox Business

    It wouldn't surprise if it was a test run to see if they can paralyze cell phone communications and I fully expect China Joe's administration to blow it off.
