    Western and Marbles

I saw Micmacman's Western knife on a previous post and it reminded me that I had these in my collection of old stuff. The top one is a Western, middle is just marked made in USAicon. and the bottom is marked MSA Co. Gladstone Mich. USA (Marbles). Salt Flat

the top one is a Western "black beauty" , they can go for $60 - $90 ,the thing with them is they are all metal and tend to separate at the seem ,yours looks to be in great condition , the bottom is a awsome knife , i would guess pretty old given the age cracks in the stag handle , i wouldnt be surprised if it was hand made or at least rehandled by someone a long time ago , the middle ive got nothing , the high mirror finish on the blade loses me , great knives though

i almost grabbed a black beauty locally about a year ago , i was on the fence on condition and elected to wait for a better example , if it was like yours it would be in the safe
