Remember this phrase ...
FORS
Front Opposite, Rear Same
Refers to the direction you want to move either front or back sight in order to move the MPI (mean point of impact) of your grouping.
So, to move your MPI to the left, you need to move your front sight to the right, using the acronym formula above.
Got it?

Badge: due thanks alot on this one. and one more question that I know you know. What is the good or best tool used to move this font site over?
-
I've seen them advertised on eBay, but to be honest, save your money as they are a pain in the a$$ to use .....
Just use a brass punch and tap making very small adjustments at a time, no more than 1mm each time.
It may be crude, but it works for me ...

I drifted the sight of my Swede by holding the handle of my pocket knife against the front sight and whacking it a few times with my staple gun. Worked just fine, no damage to rifle. Slight scuff mark on knife.

Front sight always chases the bullet hole. Back sight runs away from the bullet hole.
If hole is right of your aim point move front sight right to bullet hole.
