Weaver K4 Scope
At the last National Matches sponsored by the Director of Civilian Marksmanship (DCM), before the transition to the Civilian Marksmanship Program, I bought a Weaver K4 Scope in a mount for an M1D rifle from the DCM operation. The optics are perfect, but the outside of the scope has a chip or two out of the finish. The reticule is a horizontal line with a post which extends above the line. Plans change and I expect that I will sell this scope and mount in order to finance a different rifle project.
My questions for the forum are, what is the range of value for this scope and mount?
Thanks in advance,

the scope is fairly common have paid as much as $40 for them, clearly more for a military version reticule
the mount would be over $500 as they are no so common
the caps and the CMP
heritage will add value
Would expect 900+

In the old days,...
In the old days, these topped out at between 1350.00 and 1500.00. I have no idea where they are now as they sell rather infrequently, but I would guess 900.00 or so is still a good number.
