Looks like it has a replacement barrel, bolt and stock. The stock my be for a 1903A4. The bolt looks like a Remington. The original barrel should be stamped SA over xx-19 or xx-20 where xx is the month.

Its not an A4 stock. I don't know anything about Italy
's gun laws, but why is this gun so expensive? Are they that hard to come by?
1300 Euro is $1600 US.

Your rifle was originally manufactured in 1920. The rifle has since been rebuilt at an arsenal sometime after WWII, refinished, had a new barrel installed, and was re-assembled from mixed assorted parts. The rifle is neither scarce nor rare. Approximately 100,000 of that type were manufactured. Here in the states, your rifle would sell for about USD 750.
If in good condition with good headspace, your rifle should be safe for shooting.
Hope this helps. Good Luck!

So...
The price here in Italy
is soo different.
I conclusion, i'm going to buy also a 1903A3
so the best will be
1903A3 for EUR 1700
this 1903 Mark I for EUR 1300

Your Mark should be a good rifle to shoot. AS others have noted, the stock is either a new replacement or a sanded, refinished & modified GI stock.
The Mark 1, in addition to the port in the receiver, has 4 unique parts that allowed it to function with the Pedersen Device. These parts are the trigger & sear; the magazine cut off; the spindle for the magazine cut off and the stock (which had a shallow cut under the ejection port.) Without these parts, a Mark 1 is just another 1903.
Good shooting with your rifles!

An average '03-A3 will sell for USD 700 here in the states.

1903 Mk I
The rifle is a definite rebuild of some type. Maybe civilian , maybe military. As a shooter it should do well for you, but any collector value is about nil.
