I can't help you any on finding your handguard, but at least I know what one of those is used for - I'll bite, what does a mounting bar do?

Fancy Jim, got the tools and the bag and all.
I'm just slumming with the scope, mounting hardware, and case!
Does yours have the original electronics in it? Mine has the modern electronics in it.

I saw this unit 23 years ago at a big show. Hadn't seen too many at that time. So decided to add it to my stuff. Paid $1150 which included the mounting bar, but not the handguard. Over paid but one of those how many do you see items at the time. It's like $2200 in today dollars with inflation.
I have never mounted or lit it up. I couldn't imagine lugging this around. To me, it would be too damn awkward to carry. Not to mention heavy with the battery. Original electronics.
Just thought it would be cool to add to the collection.

Nice Jim
I have 4 or 5 of the M3 scope kits, but only one with the tool kit. I suspect that most of the tool kits disappeared into car trunks over the years. Do you have a full set of spare parts?
