Consecutive serial numbers?
How many with consecutive serial numbered rifles? I have been using 9078 as my go to match shooter. Yesterday I found this at a local show. 56 years on the far side of the world they are stacked together again.

Wow - that's pretty amazing - even 'the wife' would probably understand why you had to have another one (probably..). Nice spot!

That is amazing. I had a few sets of new in the wrap, consecutive numbered Mk.2's as imported by Century Arms in the 90's but they came together in a couple of different shipments. Very cool. Thanks for sharing.

I have two here, one soon to be posted on the website and another that's pending export to Australia
. Serial numbers are UF55 A 7801 and UF55 A 10472. Neither have the cut-off block.

And has anyone ever seen a UF56A
I have not held one, but I did see one on the internet for sale in England
a year or so ago -- UF.56 A 401XX.

Does anyone know whether the
UK
Air Ministry contract UF55A rifles either have or don't have the cut-off block?
I've seen about a dozen different UF55's and none had the mag cut-off fore-end. Never seen a UF56, would like to have one.

My wife has a pair of No.4's in her Enfield collection. She wasn't sure, but she also thought she had the matching bayonets for them.
1954 No.4 Mk II Fazakerley s/n PF316311
1954 No.4 Mk II Fazakerley s/n PF316312

Greetings Badger
My two Irish girls were close to yours on the rack, way back when. I have the matching bayonets for them too. The other four did not come with the bayonets unfortunately.
