Welcome to the forum. Your rifle is listed as a Sporter in the DCM sales list. Post photos, if you can.
There were also some Sporters very close to that serial range sold to Griffin & Howe in 1934.

GREAT.....the rifle looks great. My concern is the stock....it has finger grooves. I will post pics next week.

Does the stock have stock bolts? If not, it may be a stock from a M1922 .22.

Yes it does...everything looks good except for the grooves.
