Has anyone seen these markings?
For those of you who own commercial/trade pattern or sporting Martinis, have you ever seen either of these markings on your barrel?
an E inside a circle
a V inside a circle
Thanks!

It's pretty straightforward. An E in a circle and a V in a circle. If there was ever a thread with no need for pics, this is it.
But if it helps, here they are.

I'm not asking that anyone anyone offer the meaning of the marks (although that would be fine!), I'm just enquiring if anyone owns any Martinis with these marks. I'm trying to map out the kinds of places where they appear.
Thanks very much!

If you want answer to your question then give us as much information as you can and pictures do help. Letter fonts and size as well as location of the mark help identifiy them. Frankly the picture you posted doesn't look like a Martini. Maybe Vicker, but looks more like a SMLE or at least Lee. If this is a Martini i would be interested in seeing the whole gun, becasue it looks interesting.
I good place to post this type of question is at Domain Names, Web Hosting and Online Marketing Services | Network Solutions. There are some extremely knowledgeable folks over there.

The pics I posted are not from a Martini. I am asking if anyone has seen them on a Martini.
Thanks!
