latest finds...
Attachment 28291Attachment 28292I went to the Tulsa Gun Show the week before last, but didn't find any Lee- Enfields for the collection. However, the show wasn't a total disappointment...I found the square-cornered No.32 scope tin in a cardboard box, and the 1948 First Edition (US) of C. Shore's classic on a book dealer's shelf.

Nice finds. Interesting that Samworth shortened the title. "Ordnance Went Up Front" is a great one from the same series.
“There are invisible rulers who control the destinies of millions. It is not generally realized to what extent the words and actions of our most influential public men are dictated by shrewd persons operating behind the scenes.”
Edward Bernays, 1928
