Best Canadian Milsurp dealers?
I'm new to collecting Milsurp and would like to ensure that pieces I begin to acquire are honestly described, fairly priced, etc...
It would be a great help to me if some of you would share with me your experiences, either here or via PM .
The Canadian
dealers I'm particularly interested in hearing about are the following:
Marstar
P&S Militaria
Tradex
Westrifle
Collector's Source
(others?)
*Please let me know if I've missed any I should be aware of.
TIA.

Any idea when you might start selling firearms via the store? ...it seems all of the firearms in the system now are marked for reference only and not for sale. (i'll admit to having gotten very excited when I first accidentally assumed some of the rifles listed in the shop were up for sale. haha.)

As the FAQ and the welcome message on the main page say ...
Note: The Milsurps on-line store is still undergoing development, so there's currently not a lot of inventory listed for sale. As we complete site testing and when the Canadian
long gun registry is officially canceled under Bill C-19, you will see a substantial increase in the number and quality of items being offered for sale. So, it will be worth your while to check back regularly, as well as register now if you haven't already, to be able to use the store for future purchases.
Currently, there are some modern IPSC pistols, ammunition for same and a set of military medals for those who collect them.
The bulk of our private collections, minus some of the rarer pieces will be offered for sale as the message indicates, when Bill C19 becomes law and the LGR is abolished.
Also, as the FAQ says about Why are some items shown as "Research Only! - Item NOT for sale"? ..
Besides operating this on-line store, the site also provides the Military Surplus Collectors Forums and associated Knowledge Library
for the benefit of the broader collector community. Many of the items in the library are also displayed here, with links pointing back to the official library article and photo montage about the item. Since these library collectible pieces are privately owned, they may at anytime be offered for sale in the future, so you should check back frequently to see if they have been offered for sale since your last visit. Note: If you've taken the time to register with our on-line store, you will see an option to create personalized wish-lists. Using that function, you can add items you'd like to follow and easily look up in future, to see if they've been made available for public sale.
Thanks for your interest ....
Regards,
Doug
