I am looking at an Inland M1A1Ser# 256xxxx, walnut high wood, type 1 barrel band (needs replacing), GM barrel, push button safety, correct cannon wheel and firing proof, correct butt plate, oiler, rivets, 150 300 flip sight, flat bolt, early straight face slide, 2 rivet hand guard with deep cut.
That is all I know about it at this time. I have only seen a few pictures of it but the seller is going to get it appraised by a gunsmith and all of the parts photographed and cataloged using the Carbine Club inventory sheet as a guide. I have seven days to examine the rifle after I receive it. So far it looks pretty legitimate from the pictures . My question is this: What would be the value of such a rifle if it were all correct? She is asking $4K.Information
