Nice Pakistan/Dara made No. 1 Mk III
A few years ago TGI guns Knoxville Tenn imported a large bunch of guns from a gunshop estate in Pakistan. The were serial numbered with a TA prefix per BATF requirements. Condition was all over the place and I feel that they are all totally unsafe to shoot.
This example was made locally and has no British
parts. Notice the lack of inspection markings and curious socket markings. The barrel does not have a key slot and so the front sight band is free to rotate as is the rear sight base. The RBI inspection markings are interesting as the 303 marking on all wood pieces. It is certainly one of the better examples I have seen. I also have a very nice native built No.5 as well a a number of lousy condition examples and put togethers. They make an interesting addition to a Lee Collection.
