Model 1889 "B" - the "A" version did not have a trigger guard, but a folding trigger.
Made by Glisenti, often referred to as "the Glisenti", based on a design by Carlo Bodeo.
Model changes in 1895 and 1898.
So manufactued from 1889- 1898 at least, to ...?

    Italian Model 1889 Bodeo revolver

Just for the record, I have one of these revolvers, marked "Glisenti Brescia" and dated 1902. It has the added interest of showing Israeli military markings.

    Prospero.
